Theme Boxes
Theme Boxes are small to medium sized wooden boxes that I have painted and
each has its own "theme." They are decorated with tiles, paint and various other objects inside and out.
Inside each box there are written messages, pictures, mini-canvas paintings, etc., each relating to the theme
of that particular box. Themes range from religion, to alcoholism, to obsessive compulsive disorder, to the
life of a 1950's housewife. A humorous slant is applied to most subjects.
